The software required to run the computer needed will have most of the basic features along with some additional packages.
To start with the computer will have Windows ME operating system, this will allow the money advice worker to explore, copy, delete and move any file around the computer. Also the computer will have Microsoft Office ME, which includes such programs as Word, Access, Excel, Publisher, Front Page and Outlook. The computer will need to be used when another money advice worker isn’t there, for adding new clients to the service department. Therefore each advice worker would most likely want a password to allow use of the computer, and also a screen saver that has a password so if he leaves the computer on by accident you will still need the password to access the computer.
